Terms of Use
Effective August 20, 2026 · version 2026-08-20
These terms govern your use of larpod, where you can subscribe to simulator web apps built and sold by larpod and add them to your devices. By creating an account or using larpod, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. What larpod is
larpod builds simulator apps for content creators and sells access to them. We build every app on the site in-house, with developers we hire for the work, and larpod is the seller and the licensor of every one of them: we host it, we take the payment, and we support it. Your subscription, your receipt and your support are all with larpod.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account or a username and password. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use larpod.
Before you can subscribe to anything, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. We record the date and the version you accepted. If we make a material change we ask you again the next time you buy something, rather than treating silence as agreement.
3. Subscriptions and billing
You accept the following at checkout, per app, before any payment is taken:
- Price. You choose a plan at checkout: a number of months, or lifetime. The price checkout shows for that plan is the price you pay, in US dollars, plus any tax we are required to collect.
- Renewal. Paid by card, a plan renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length and at the plan's regular price, until you cancel. A one-month plan renews every month, a six-month plan every six months. You can cancel at any time under Manage billing in your library. A lifetime plan, and a plan bought to extend or upgrade access you already have, is one payment and never renews.
- Crypto. Paid in crypto, every plan is one payment for a fixed period. It never renews and simply ends unless you extend it. Access starts once the payment is confirmed on the network.
- Lifetime. Lifetime access lasts for as long as larpod offers the app. If we stop offering it, section 5 applies.
- Bundles. A bundle is one purchase covering several apps, under the same rules as a single app.
- Refunds. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable, and partial months are not prorated, except where the law says otherwise or where section 5 applies.
- Who supplies it. larpod supplies, licenses and supports the app you subscribe to.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. We never see or store your card details. Free apps never touch Stripe at all — adding one to your library creates no payment method and no charge.
4. How you may use apps
You agree not to use any app on larpod unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that harms other people. That includes using an app to harass or defraud, or to break into systems. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is prohibited in full.
You also agree not to work around larpod itself: no accessing apps without an active subscription, no probing or disrupting the platform or the apps hosted on it, no scraping at scale, and no reselling access you were licensed personally.
5. Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove an account, an app, or access to an app — immediately and without notice where the situation calls for it — when we reasonably believe it is necessary because of:
- a security risk to users or to the platform;
- unlawful content or conduct;
- a violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- a chargeback, a reversed payment, or repeated payment failures on the account;
- a legal notice or court order we are required to act on.
We can also take an app out of search and the store while we fix or review it. People who already subscribe to it keep their access in the meantime; a suspension ends access for everyone. Where a suspension was our error, or we remove an app for reasons that are not your fault, we refund the unused part of the current period.
6. Developers
The developers we hire to build our apps work under the Developer Agreement, which covers the work they do for us and the rules every app we build follows. They are not a party to your subscription; larpod is.
7. Reporting problems
If something isn't working, or you think one of our apps is being misused, tell us through the Report link on any app page or at Report a problem. Security problems go there too and are handled first. A person reads every report.
8. Disclaimers and liability
larpod is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability limits) do so.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as larpod evolves. Material changes get a new version number, and you are asked to accept them before your next purchase. We will also notify you — for example by email or an in-product notice — before a material change takes effect.
