Privacy Policy

Effective August 20, 2026 · version 2026-08-20

This policy explains what information larpod collects, why, and what your choices are. The short version: we collect what we need to sell and run subscription apps, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the web.

1. What we collect

  • Account information — your email address, and nothing else. Google also sends us your name and profile picture during sign-in; we discard both before they reach our database rather than keeping them. If you build apps with us you choose a public name, handle and picture yourself — those are the ones people see, and they are never taken from your Google account. We never see your password.
  • Subscription and payment data — which apps you subscribe to and your billing history. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; they never touch our servers.
  • Usage data — basic logs (pages visited, apps opened, timestamps, IP address) used for security, debugging, and keeping subscriptions working.
  • Developer data — if you build apps with us: what you deliver, app metadata, and the payment details you give us so we can pay you for your work.

2. How we use it

To operate your account and subscriptions, grant access to apps you have paid for, pay the developers who build for us, prevent abuse, and improve larpod. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

  • Service providers who run our infrastructure: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (card payments), NOWPayments (crypto payments), and Vercel (hosting). They process data only on our instructions.
  • The developers we hire to build and look after an app can see who subscribes to it (the email on your account, or just “Private account” if you signed up with a username) and the ratings and messages you send about it, so they can support and improve it. They work for us and may use it for nothing else.
  • Authorities, if the law genuinely requires it.

4. Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to grant access to apps you subscribe to. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account and we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us and we will honor them.

7. Children

larpod is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will notify you before the change takes effect.

9. Contact

Privacy questions and requests — including access, correction and deletion — go to @larpodofficial on Telegram, which is the only way to reach us. See also our Terms of Use.
